Fees and Cancellations
I take Out-of-Network payment in which I bill you directly. I provide a statement which I can submit on your behalf to your insurance company that has all the information they require to reimburse you at the Out-of-Network rate. (You must contact your insurance company for information on their policies.)
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Sessions that are missed are billed to you at the full fee rate.
- Sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will also be billed at the full fee rate.
- Sessions that are cancelled but that cannot be rescheduled due to conflicts in our scheduling will be billed at the full fee rate.
